We will be happy to process the return, which is subject to the below criteria
- We should receive the return within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- The product should be unused (other than the trial) and unwashed.
- No damage should be done to the product, which includes but not limited to stains, marks, stitches, or holes.
- All the tags should be intact.
- The product should be in original packing.
- Returns are subject to our Quality Control Team review.
- In addition, during any promotion returns and exchange will be subject to Terms & Conditions of the ongoing offer.
Once the return is validated, the money will be refunded back into the account, credit or debit card within 7 business days.
